Important: Real Data Required
These dashboards display genuine transaction data. To populate them, you must:
- Create actual ARR tracking records (via migration or API)
- Log customer health events as they happen
- Record expansion and churn events in the database
- Maintain target account records in the sales pipeline
1. Verify dashboards work - Navigate to /admin/scale to see the measurement infrastructure
2. Load historical data - Create migrations to backfill ARR, customer health, and sales data
3. Set up monitoring - Schedule daily email reports from these dashboards
4. Configure business rules - Adjust health score thresholds, NRR targets, and forecast assumptions
5. Build Stage 2 infrastructure - Implement retention loops and repeatable sales processes based on Stage 1 insights
